ABSENCE AND LEAVE
  1. Special attention is given to ensure high standard of education. Parents are requested to co-operate with the school authorities in maintaining order and discipline by insisting on regular attendance and punctuality from their children.
  1. Attendance in assembly is compulsory for all. Pupils must be in full uniform according to the curriculum. Uniform must be neat and tidy.
  1. Pupils who have been absent from class must bring a letter from the parents stating the cause of absence in the space provided in this diary. In case of illness exceeding three days, a Medical Certificate must be submitted along with a letter, which should be addressed to the Principal. No pupil is allowed to leave the School premises without the permission of the Principal.
  1. The child's name will be struck off the roll, if she is absent for more than 3 months. In such case re-admission is necessary. Parents/Guardians must come in person to inform the office the cause for the long absence in writing.
  1. 80% attendance is compulsory to appear for the Annual Examination. Pupils who are not present on the last day and the reopening day of any vacation (Summer, Puja and Christmas) are liable to face indisciplinary actions.

  2. Parents should inform the school authorities if their child is suffering from any serious illness, chronic ailment, physical handicap or Sensory defect (e.g. heart disorder or epilepsy). Children who are suffering from Eye flu, Chicken Pox, mumps or any other contagious diseases are strictly forbidden to attend the school without a fitness certificate.
