GENERAL RULES

  1. Special attention is given to ensure high standard of education. Parents are requested to co-operate with the school authorities in maintaining order and discipline by insisting on regular attendance and punctuality from their children.
  1. Attendance in assembly is compulsory for all. Pupils must be in full uniform according to the curriculum. Uniform must be neat and tidy.
  1. Pupils who have been absent from class must bring a letter from the parents stating the cause of absence in the space provided in this diary. In case of illness exceeding three days, a Medical Certificate must be submitted along with a letter, which should be addressed to the Principal. No pupil is allowed to leave the School premises without the permission of the Principal.
  1. The child's name will be struck off the roll, if she is absent for more than 3 months. In such case re-admission is necessary. Parents/Guardians must come in person to inform the office the cause for the long absence in writing.
  1. 80% attendance is compulsory to appear for the Annual Examination. Pupils who are not present on the last day and the reopening day of any vacation (Summer, Puja and Christmas) are liable to face indisciplinary actions.
  1. Parents should inform the school authorities if their child is suffering from any serious illness, chronic ailment, physical handicap or Sensory defect (e.g. heart disorder or epilepsy). Children who are suffering from Eye flu, Chicken Pox, mumps or any other contagious diseases are strictly forbidden to attend the school without a fitness certificate.
  1. Parents/Guardians are requested to notify the Principal of change of address or telephone number, within three days.
  1. Parents are also requested not to engage class teachers or subject teachers for private tuition.
  1. Parents are informed that the occasional remarks from the teachers are conveniently sent through the pages of the school diary and are encouraged to do like-wise. They are requested to check this diary daily.
  1. Parents are requested to prepare their children for all the activities.
  1. Parents are asked not to unduly pressurise the child at home.
  1. An identity card with a photograph of the student in school uniform must be presented to every person collecting their wards from school. Pupils must put their identity cards daily.
  1. No pupil may leave the school premises during school hours or recess without the prior permission of the Principal.
  1. Children are forbidden to wear jewellery, put mehendi, nail polish or apply hair colour in school. Strict action will be taken against the defaulters. Plucking of eyebrows not allowed.
  1. No gifts are allowed on birthdays. Children are allowed to share only toffees on their birthday.
  1. Damage to school property by pupils will be chargeable to parents / guardian.
  1. Pupils are responsible for maintaining a clean environment in school.
  1. Parents / Guardians are not allowed to gift anything to the teachers without a prior permission from the Principal.
  1. Mobile phones are prohibited in the school premises. If caught, mobile will be confiscated. Toys and fancy items will be confiscated.                                                          a. Parents to sign report cards. circulars and attend PTM when requested.    b. Visiting malls clubs, or movies in school uniform to be forbidden.
  1. Objectionable literature in the form of books, magazines, newspaper etc. is strictly forbidden in the school.
  1. Books, exercise books are to be taken from the school only.
  1. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience and bad conduct in the school, are sufficient reasons for the suspension of a pupil.
           a. Students must wear their Identity Card of the current class daily.

           b. Students should bring their School Diary daily.
